These Terms of Use ("ToU") define the terms and conditions under which CLEANMYCLIM INTERNATIONAL LTD ("CLEANMYCLIM" or the "Publisher") makes its website available at cleanmyclim.com, cleanmyclim.ma, cleanmyclim.fr, cleanmyclim.uk, cleanmyclim.co.uk, cleanmyclim.es (the "Site"), the related services, and how users (the "User") access and use the Site.

The information provided must be accurate and complete. Any error or omission may lead to delays, inability to perform the service or additional costs.
Any pricing information shown on the Site is indicative or promotional. The final prices applicable to a service are those shown on the quote or order confirmation.

These Terms of Sale ("ToS") govern all services offered by CLEANMYCLIM INTERNATIONAL LTD for the maintenance, cleaning, disinfection and technical interventions related to air-conditioning systems and associated equipment.
Any order placed by a client (the "Client") implies full acceptance of these ToS, which prevail over any other document not expressly accepted in writing by CLEANMYCLIM.
CLEANMYCLIM undertakes to provide the services described in its commercial offers, quotes or contractual documents, in accordance with professional standards and the regulations in force in the service territory.
Execution details (estimated duration, methods used, specific constraints, etc.) and service timelines are defined at the time of order and/or in the quote accepted by the Client.
The Client agrees to provide all information necessary for proper execution of the services (type of installation, location, access, schedules, any technical constraints, etc.).
The Client must ensure access to the installations on the agreed dates and times. If access is not possible due to the Client, CLEANMYCLIM reserves the right to charge fees corresponding to travel or rescheduling.
Service prices are based on information provided by the Client and are expressed in the local currency of the service location, including taxes unless stated otherwise. The applicable rates are those shown in the quote or offer accepted by the Client.
In the event of unforeseen conditions (difficult access, additional equipment, exceptional level of dirt, non-compliant installations, etc.) or additional needs identified during the service, CLEANMYCLIM may adjust the price. The Client will be informed of these changes before continuation of the services.
Payment terms (deposit, immediate payment, deadlines, etc.) are specified when placing the order. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit may be required before services are performed.
CLEANMYCLIM performs its services with care and professionalism, in accordance with applicable standards and practices.
Unless proven fault by CLEANMYCLIM, the company disclaims any liability for breakage or damage to plastic parts, housings, ducts or components weakened by aging, an installation defect, poor prior maintenance or any other external factor unrelated to the service.
CLEANMYCLIM's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages resulting from proven fault in the execution of services. Any compensation cannot exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the relevant service.
Rescheduling requests must be notified at least 24 hours in advance and do not incur any additional fees.
For any rescheduling notified less than 24 hours before the service date, a surcharge of 30% of the service value may be charged.
Where local regulations provide, consumer Clients have a statutory withdrawal period (for example 7 days) from the order date. After this period, late cancellation may result in fees in accordance with the applicable conditions or the accepted quote.
CLEANMYCLIM and the Client agree to treat as confidential all information, data and documents exchanged for the preparation and execution of the services.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and CLEANMYCLIM's Privacy Policy.
These ToS are governed by the law applicable at CLEANMYCLIM's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the Client's country of residence.
In the event of a dispute relating to interpretation or performance of these terms, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with applicable rules.
Validation of an order, quote or service request constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Sale by the Client, who acknowledges having read and accepted them without reservation.
